Collar may be worn up or down.
The Ruffle around the back is blocked so the ruffle will always stand up.
Also my own personal design the T bar across chest. It is designed to give the dog full movement of arms without sliding, and no sliding means their arms will not get caught up in the sleeves. It is very easy to put on and keep on. Tummy is shorter than back to keep the dress Tee-Tee free.
