Costumes made according to the wrong measurements supplied by the customer ,cannot return the costume for a refund. We will however, do whatever is necessary to alter or remake the costume according to the correct measurements.
Shipping & Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
Custom orders (i.e., personalization of any kind or anything not offered in our shop by way of design, color, etc.and all collars and leashes made to your pets specifications)
are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cozy Pet Clothes reserves the right to determine if a product is in used condition.
