THE NAVY GATHERED SKIRT HAS 3 ROWS OF WHITE HEMTAPE ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE SKIRT. 2 BLUE AND WHITE MATCHING POM POM HAIR BOWS(PLEASE SPECIFY RUBBER BAND OR BARRETTE CLIP - IF YOU DON'T SPECIFY YOU WILL GET THE RUBBER BANDS) 2 LEG POM POMS FOR THE FRONT LEGS WITH ELASTIC. PLEASE SEND YOUR PETS FRONT LEG MEASUREMENT - PLEASE MEASURE EXACT FOR THAT. THIS OUTFIT IF FULLY LINED AND HAS VELCRO CLOSURES AT NECK AND CHEST FOR EASY FITTING.
Please measure your pet carefully. Take into consideration those with more hair. I will need the neck, chest and top line measurements. When measuring your pets chest please put tape measure behind the front legs and go all the way around the body. Don't measure to tightly allow for play and those with more hair. If you measure incorrectly I will not be able to re-make dress for you.
