This is a Valentines Day Sweet Nothings dress.
Mini dress that is also a harness. This fabric has "sweet nothings" full of love printed all over it. Double ruffle bottom and accented with bows and hearts. Velcro closures at neck and tummy.
Great for the upcoming spring and summer months!
