You can still order a favorite product, even though you may not find it online. We like to offer new or seasonal products, and sometimes not every available product is listed online.

If you don't see what you're looking for, e-mail us. We will do our best to get it for you.

Bulk Pricing

Bulk pricing is our way of rewarding you for buying more. When you buy a product in bulk, the per-item price is lowered. Not all products are priced in bulk. Please email us or call us to get specific information for bulk pricing.

Back Orders

We make every effort to ship orders in a timely fashion. In the event that you select a back ordered item, your order may be divided into multiple shipments, as we will ship products that are immediately available from our distribution centers.

Your card is charged when you place your order and there is a delay before funds reach our account. In the event there is a backorder beyond our advertised shipping time or the item is out of stock, you have the option to select a substitute or receive a full refund.

Sales Tax

Cozy Pet Clothes is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Kentucky. The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged on the price of the purchased items and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.

Do you Ship to Canada?

Yes! We now ship to Canada! D & L Products is not responsible for customs charges. If Items are sent back to us Refund will be received minus the Shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
