that the quality of our products is excellent, but in the case that an
item you ordered from CozyPetClothes.com does not meet your expectations, our
Return Policy is below.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and need to be returned to us within 30 days from date of invoice.
Please note:
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Personalized Items are Non-Refundable.
In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the
product.
E-mail us with your name, your order
number (invoice number on your invoice), the size and name of the product, and
the specific problem you have encountered.
You will be
responsible for return shipping expenses, unless otherwise noted.
Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted, and a credit will
not be issued.
If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with
the correct product at no cost to you. Please e-mail dandlproducts@insightbb.com for a replacement shipment.
If the merchandise needs to be exchanged for a different size, we ask that you
not only pay to ship the incorrect sized item back to us, but include the
appropriate amount for shipping the replacement item back to you.
Non-defective correct sized merchandise must be in original purchase condition
with the original packaging intact, and include the original
receipt/invoice/packing slip (make a copy for your own records). Returns
that are eligible for a refund or credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We will issue a refund or credit upon acceptance and inspection of returned
merchandise. Please note that your credit expires 30 days after return is
received. Your Credit is valid for a one-time purchase. Due to
restrictions on our website, your purchase must be greater than or equal
to your credit amount in order for your purchase to be processed.
If you do not wish to spend the full amount of your credit, please e-mail us with your
order. Any remainder of your unused credit cannot be refunded.
